Part-time Classroom Cleaner required

We are looking for a conscientious and reliable person to join our friendly cleaning team. Ideal position for a student.
Monday to Friday only, 4 hours per day, either 6am to 10am or 3pm to 7pm. Will be expected to work during holiday periods.
Salary £9,110 per annum.

Generous holiday allowance and pension scheme available.

Human Resources Officer – 25 hours per week.

Farney Close School seeks an experienced person to be responsible for HR matters within the School, to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR administration including creating  documents, contracts of employment, letters and policies.
  • Monthly payroll and pensions administration in conjunction with a Payroll Bureau and managing salary budget.
  • Responsibility for ensuring that the recruitment process is carried out following the Safer Recruitment Policy and that all relevant checks are in place and accurate.
  • Responsibility  for the Single Central Register and DBS Applications
  • Maintenance of all HR files to ensure compliance
  • Confidential HR duties, including minute taking and answering phone calls.
  • Any other duties as may be deemed appropriate.

 

This role would suit somebody who has some experience of working within an education environment and has the ability to be able to use your HR knowledge to support the SMT and Governing Body.

Flexibility, a sense of humour, attention to detail and strong organisational skills are all required to fulfil this role, along with a good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.

This is a year round role, working 25 hours per week spread over five days. 5.6 weeks holiday entitlement. There is some degree of flexibility for the right person.
