Humanitarian Crisis in Ukraine

By March 8, 2022No Comments

We have been approached by a recycling company that we use who are collecting donations for people in Ukraine who are facing such dire unrest.  This company have family connections there and are doing all they can to support in this crisis.

As such we have arranged for them to come in and collect items from us on Tuesday 15th March. If you feel able to support this collection please send donations in on Monday 14th March.  Please do not send in items before this date as we do not have the storage space.

Any clothing and shoes would be really appreciated, however, the following items are also in particular need:

Sleeping Bags

Winter/ Warm clothing

Torches

Backpacks

Tents

Nappies

Baby formula

Camouflaged clothing

Blankets

In addition to this, we appreciate it is a difficult time for our young people to understand the crisis that is happening in Ukraine.  The following links are available to help explain the situation.
