Telephone & Internet Outage

Just to confirm that the telephone and internet issues are now resolved. A small number of users are still experiencing issues with their Farney Close emails. Therefore, please be aware that there may be a delay in email responses. We expect this issue to be resolved within the next 24-48 hours but will keep this page updated.

A fallen tree (off-site) has brought down our main internet services. As a result, we have very limited internet and telephone services. We are working closely with BT and the local highways agency to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible.

You should still be able to telephone the school’s main number but response times may be slow and calls cannot be transferred internally. Similarly, there is very limited access to all school emails leading to reduced response times.

Please leave a message on the school answerphone if you are unable to get through and someone will respond as quickly as possible.

We do apologise for any stress on inconvenience caused by this situation. Please be assured that we are doing everything we can to resolve these issues. Please check back on this page for updates.
