Bumblebee Conservation Award

We are delighted to announce that Farney Close School has achieved the Bronze Bumblebee-Friendly Schools Award from the Bumblebee Conservation Trust.

This accreditation recognizes our long-term commitment to nature; over the past year our students have planted three seasonal wildlife flower areas and conducted bumblebee surveys to track local populations. We are proud to be part of a national effort to reverse the decline of these vital pollinators.
